She is survived by: her children, Sarah Provolt of Chillicothe, MO, Heath (Amy), Cole of Olathe, KS and Chelsea Rinehart (Dustin) of Chillicothe, MO; her grandchildren, Candas Provolt, Kirsten Scott, Kendall Provolt, Kolby Sue Provolt, Kadence Clark, Ember Clark, Landon, Liam Cole, Keagan Rinehart, Kamryn Rinehart and Kaylin Rinehart; her great grandchildren, Willow Barron and Riggs Barron; and her siblings, Jack Adrian of Kidder, MO and Dee Lavo of Mesa, AZ.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Veteran's Building.
