She is survived by: her sons, Randall Combs (Beckie) of Alton, Kendall Combs of Branson, Missouri., Pat of Branson, Missouri. and Michael Combs (Sandy) of Branson, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Ashley Stiles (Brett) of Ozark, Austin Combs of Alton, Chris Combs (Molly) of Rogersville, Craig Combs (Bess), Carolyn Clark (Aaron) of Branson, Kayli Price (Dustin) and Kelsey Howerton (Jared) of Branson, Missouri.; and her brothers, Winfred Case of Myrtle, Missouri. and Charles Case.
