She was predeceased by : her parents, Ivory Hale and Ruby Estella McMichael (Borron); her husband Frank Ayers; and her brothers, Wayne McMichael, Ronald McMichael and Jack McMichael.
She is survived by : her children, Carol Ayers Chappell of Medford, OR, Suzanne Hutchinson (Miles) of Ozawkie, KS, Mike Ayers (Jane) of Shawnee, KS, Steve Ayers (Linn) of Hannibal, MO and Max Ayers (Fran) of St. Ann, MO; and her sister Patricia Cox (John) of McLean, VA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several special nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Alzheimer's Association, or the United Methodist Church.
