She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Houston and Annie Belle Brewer; her spouse Leslie Farr of Bridget's Parish; and her siblings, James, Kenneth, Robert, Winifried, Willie Mae and Geraldine.
She is survived by: her sons, Avery Joaquin (Rock) and Spud (Misty); her siblings, Leon (Gloria), Ronald (Lisa), Salena (Charles) and Sharon (Vincent); her grandchildren, Marian Aleah (Rico), Shylyn Jermarious, Madison Katrice Isabel and Leslie La Vantres Christopher III; her great grandchildren, Imani, Rico, Sebastian and Amelia; and her close friend Stephanie Hullett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and host of great and great-great nieces and nephews.
