It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert D. Klingaman of Clark, Missouri, born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Marcia Lynn Reed; and his brother David "Jody" Klingaman. He is survived by : his parents, Harold Klingaman of Clarence, MO and Ethel Klingaman (Bauer) of Richland, WA.; his daughter Stacy Proctor (Mike) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Chance (McKenzie), Mason, Anna, Adam and Emily Proctor; his great grandchildren, Angeleah Proctor and Korren Nichols; and his sister Linda Edwards (Jack) of Richland, WA..
