Though Lisa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lisa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Arthur (Bernice); her grandmother Frances Burris (Sharp); and her sister Elaine Brizendine. She is survived by: her siblings, Ron Burris (Barbara), Debbie Sue Mauzey, Pete Burris, Rob Burris (Chris) and Paul Burris (Tina); and her brother-in-law Terry Brizendine (Jimmye). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Samaritan's Purse.
