She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Parks Clow and Ruth T. Boykin; her husband Dallas V. Singer; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Singer, Luella and Charles Fancher.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Singer (Amy) of Wentzville and Kelley Wehmeyer (Tom) of Elsberry; her siblings, Ken Clow Jr. (Pat) of Lenexa, KS and Carolyn Llewellyn of Sparks, NV; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn and Mick Maloney of Spearfish, SD; her granddaughters, Carolyn, Christine, Callie Wehmeyer of Elsberry and Danielle Riggs (Ty) of Sedan, KS; her great grandchildren, Etta and Audra; and her granddaughter Kylee. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Clopton Alumni Association or the Clarksville Methodist Church.
