He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Wesley Dennis Sr. and Esther Addaline Dennis (Surratt); his wife Bernita Dennis; his sister Lillian Hughes; and his son Timmie Earl Dennis.
He is survived by: his daughter Christal Dennis of Clarksville; and his sister Lori Engle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
