She was predeceased by: her mother Marcia Pennell (King). She is survived by: her father Lonnie Purdy (Petra); her husband James Cunningham; and her half-sister Jenny Gehrke. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
