He is survived by : his wife Linda Kaye Bartholomew; his children, Tarryn Perry (Jamie) of Clifton Hill, MO, Marlesa Maynard (Michael) of Hartsburg, MO, Carmen Combs (Steve) of Harrisburg, MO and Destiny Burkett (Rob) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Treyton Maynard, Keegan Maynard, Cade Combs, Baylie Combs, Trace Combs, Brody Combs, Chase Perry, Dylan Perry, Korbin Perry, Brinly Burkett and Brycen Burkett; and his brothers, Willis, Clyde, Earl and Ray Perry. He is also survived by brothers & sisters in-law, nieces and nephews.
