He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Ragan and E. Illene Ragan; his wife Carlyn Ragan; and his great-nephew Craig E. Arnett. He is survived by: his niece Brenda (Edward Arnett) of Edwards, Missouri; and his great-niece Stephanie (Casey Ledbetter). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A burial will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Climax Springs Cemetery.
