She is survived by: her husband Frank Phillips; her daughters, Lisa Thompson (Fairfax), Sarah Phillips and Emmah Phillips; her grandchildren, Kyle Thompson, Hunter Thompson, Cody Thompson, Clara Thompson, Cooper Phillips, Sam Lockhart, Canaan Lockhart, Carolyn Lockhart, Sadie Lockhart and Eli Lockhart; her niece Tammy Wood; her great-nephews, Mason Mudd and Carter Smith; her sister-in-law Janice Hill; and her nieces and nephews, Shawn Hill, Dustin Hill, Madilyn Hill and Isaac Hill.
