He was predeceased by: his brothers, Wayne Keltner and Keith Keltner; his sister-in-law Dixie Keltner; his daughter Leslie Davis; and his son-in-law Matt Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Claude and Velma Keltner (Whitworth); his children, Kevin Roy, James Alan, Suzan Lyn and Anita K.; his wife Bootsie; his sister-in-law Pat Keltner; his brother Garry Keltner (Betty) of Ozark; his siblings' children, Kevin Keltner of Troy, Jim Keltner (Joetta) of Seymour and Suzan Durnell (Mike) of Nevada; his son-in-law Jeff Davis (Anita Zimmerman) of Battlefield; his grandchildren, Ella Miller (Jackson), Justin Keltner (Kristina), Jacob Keltner (Alissa), Jenna Vickers (Quade), Tessa Keeley (Kip), Owen Davis (Noelle), Levi Davis, Isaac Davis, Sloan Zimmerman and Broderick Zimmerman; and his great grandchildren, Beau Keltner, Cora Keltner, Rylee Keltner and Kamble Keeley.
