He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd F. Howard and Freda Viola Howard (Arnhold); his wife Peggy Bigler; his brother Billy Howard (Wanda); and his brother-in-law Bob Ebeling.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Woirhaye (Brian), Darrell Howard and Cheryl Hayes (Chad); his granddaughters, Kelly Watkins (Adam), Nicole McWain (Nick), Mattea Barnes (Taylor), Delaney Howard, Danielle Scotten (Ben) and Baylee Hayes; his siblings, Joyce Ebeling and Carroll Howard (Linda); and his friend Mavis Long. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and a great-grandchild, numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
The family suggests contributions to the Laurel Oak Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
