He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Willard and Ollie Hendrick (Windes); his wife Mary Evelyn Johnson; and his brothers, Ralph Windes and William Ellis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra, Sandy Levering and Karen Bennink; his grandchildren, Rachel Thompson (Cliff), Michael Levering, Ben Levering (Ashley), Keith Bennink (Emily) and Andrew Bennink; his great grandchildren, Nina Levering, Summer Levering, Luke Levering, Logan Levering, Barrett Bennink, Gunner Bennink and Werner Bennink; and his sister-in-law Marge Hendrick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and dear friends and neighbors.
Memorial contributions can be made to Novus Hospice and may be left in care of the funeral home.
