He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hetherington; his children, Rick Hetherington (Amy) of Raymore, MO, Brian Hetherington (Kathy) of Clinton, MO, Hal Hetherington (Heather) of Collins, MO and Kelli Hetherington of Clinton, MO; and his grandchildren, Jason, Amanda, Natasha, Trishan and Jamie. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
