He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Caskey and Irene Caskey (Anderson); his son Robin Howard; his wife Shirley Joyce Chapman; his parents-in-law, Fred and Iva Chapman; his siblings, Robert, Harold, Ray Lee and Velma May; his son Ron; and his granddaughter Heather Willcockson.

He is survived by: his children, Teresa Dianne and Randy; his son-in-law Darin; his grandchildren, Nathan (Krissy), Steve, Allison and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Amber, Paisley and Silas; his daughters-in-law, Zenda Roark and Pam Caskey; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Brenton (Don), Jeri Leigh Caskey and Kay Caskey.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Foundation for the Blind and may be left in care of the funeral home.
