She was predeceased by: her grandmother Jackie; her parents, Edward J. Schussler and Eva Otillia Schussler (Cook); her husband Norman J. Cook; her son Vernon Cook; her siblings, Rosalie Sickman (Dennis), Reginald Schussler (Edna) and Gregory Schussler (Arlene); her parents-in-law, Doris and Sam Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Velda Hanna (Joe), Dorothy Jean Sutherland (Gene), Edward Cook and Roger Calvert.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Strope (Doug) of Deepwater, MO, Cheryl Parks (Kyle) of Cowgill, MO, Janet Bracher (Russell) of Montrose, MO, Carla Eye (Kim) of Montrose, MO, Carolyn Hart (Kent) of Montrose, MO, Jamie Cook (Sheri) of Eagle Rock, MO and Colleen LeDoux (B. C.) of Las Vegas, NV.; her siblings-in-law, JoAnne Cook, Joyce Calvert, Lola Putthoff (Bill) and Gerald Cook (Ruby); and her cousin Berniece Oswald. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Jackie's wishes were that donations in her memory be given to St. Mary's School.
