He is survived by: his wife Fern Price; his children, Cheri Howell (Randy), Terri Eberting (Chris) and Chris Price (Laura); his grandchildren, Sarah Monfore (Monte), Nathan Jordan (Jody), Lauren Roberts (Jeremy), Claire Gould (Aaron) and Joseph Price; his great grandchildren, Matthew Monfore, Miles Monfore, Lydia Jordan, Oliver Jordan, Charlotte Jordan, Ellis Roberts and Violet Roberts; his sister Linda Price; and his sister-in-law Ronda Brasier (Jim).

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation or the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
