He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Baker and Georgetta Baker (Mayes); and his siblings, Ronald Baker, Ed Baker, Motie Bradley and Annette Blackaby.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Yarbrough; his children, Ryan James Baker (Meghan) of Springfield, Luke Jefferson Baker (Bethanie) of Ashland and Sarah Jean Kernohan (Darby) of Calhoun; his brother Lee Baker (Pat) of Asbury; his sisters-in-law, Virginia Ruth Baker of Mexico and Virginia Lou Baker of Mexico; and his grandchildren, Will, Nora, Rett Kernohan, Freya, Ezra Baker, Logan and Brenna Baker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pickering Funeral Home (403 N Western, Mexico, MO 65265). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Audrain Relay for Life or to Clinton Christian Academy.
