She is survived by: her husband Brad of Clinton; her daughters, Jenyfer Brianne Taylor (Jeremy) of Lone Jack, Savannah Leigh Collins of Warrensburg, Courtney Melissa Collins of Citrus Heights and Shanyn Nichole Simmerman of Higginsville; her grandchildren, Theodore Taylor, Thane Taylor, Thatcher Taylor, Thaddeus Taylor, Paylah Collins and Annalise Mills; her stepmother Anne Phillips of Kansas City, KS; and her siblings, Kathryn Hernandez, Ron Phillips, Mitchell Phillips, Nancy Wallace, Jon Phillips, Daniel Chapman, Julie Lawson and Sarah Phillips. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
