She is survived by: her husband Carl Hayes; her children, Shannon Coones (Crystal) of Clinton, Sheri Fannon (Jeff) of Clinton and John Hayes of Carthage; her grandchildren, Stormy Peek, Skylar Peek, Spencer Peek, Chantel Fannon, Tia Fannon, Lea Fannon of Quinton Fannon, J. J, Weir, Landon Hayes and Sophia Hayes; her great grandchildren, Eian Parker, Elena Peek, Alexander Peek, Charlie Rose Peek, McKenley and Landon; and her sisters, Connie Peek and Brenda Wilson.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and may be left in care of the funeral home.
