She was predeceased by: her parents, John McConnell and Belma McConnell; her husband Robert Simons; her daughter Karen Martin; and her brothers, Terrell, Fred and Richard McConnell.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hulbert and Kathy Kutzli; her sister Helen Steiner; and her grandchildren, Micheal Hardiman (Jill), Teresa Kubik (Jason), RuthAnn Schulz (Tony), Chris Kutzli (Gayla) and John Kutzli (Kristin). She is also survived by Her family continued to grow with 16 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Consalus Funeral Home (209 S 2nd St, Clinton, MO 64735). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Vansant Road Cemetery Vansant Road Cemetery.
