He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dale and Bettie Lois Campbell Parks; and his grandparents, Roscoe, Ninnie Parks, Emmitt and Needra Campbell.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Urton of Branson, MO and Brandon Parks of Clinton, MO..
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vansant-Mills Funeral Home (314 W Jefferson St, Clinton, MO 64735). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
