He is survived by: his wife Cathy O'Hara; his children, Todd (Mary Ann) and Amy Zimmerman (Grant Pendergraft); and his cousins, Barb Schumacher (Elroy), Jeanie Buford (Gary), Connie Kerdolff (George), Linda Boyd (John) of Barbara Case, H. J, Straka (Martha), Bill Straka (Tracy), Nancy Sullins (Jim), Susan Nixon (Matt), Charles Hoff (Robin), John Hoff, Judy Elbert and Kay Apsher. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
