He is survived by: his wife Terri Jo Blackwell; his sons, Johnathon Wayne Blackwell and Jacob Eugene Blackwell (Heather); his stepdaughters, Amanda Miles (Robbie) and Kelli Carter (Glen); and his sisters, Scherri Bigler (Fred) and Debbie Jerome. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
