He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Mothersbaugh and James Mothersbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Jane Mothersbaugh; his children, Erin Goth (Brandon), Andy Mothersbaugh (Angela) and Matt Mothersbaugh (Brittney); his grandchildren, Makenna Goth, Payton Goth, Preston Mothersbaugh and Wyatt Mothersbaugh; and his siblings, Lonnie Mothersbaugh, Diane Swartz and Terri Roelker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
