He was predeceased by : his parents, William Parks and Gloria Parks (Warnock); his siblings, Phillip Mikel Parks (Mike) and Gail Jaynean Parks; and his close friend Jeffery Williams.

He is survived by : his nephew Phillip W Parks; his wife Debbie; his daughters, Tamie Gann (Jamie) of LaMonte and Susan Kedigh (Arian) of Urich; his grandchildren, Daphanie Watson (Andrew) of Richmond, Brody Gann of LaMonte, Emalee, Preslee and Charlee Kedigh of Urich; his great grandchild Charlotte Isabelle Sue Watson of Richmond; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Rissell (Diane) of St. Louis and Linda Parks of Clinton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vansant-Mills Chapel (314 W Jefferson St, Clinton, MO 64735). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Kansas City Fisher House and may be left in care of the funeral home.
