He is survived by : his mother Cheryl Lee Jensen; his wife Sheila Ann Maughan; his children, Jeremiah Steven Jensen, Joshua Lee Jensen and Kellie Ann Jensen; his granddaughters, Maddisyn Rose and Vivy Ann; his father Robert Jensen; and his siblings, Val Dee Jensen, Lee Bowen Jensen (Debbie) and Dee Ann Smith.
