He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob D. Henderson and Avonda Henderson (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Patsy Williams; his son Levi (Laura); his grandchildren, Meadow and Abel; his children, Tasha (Daniel), Heather (Aaron), Holly (Jonathan), Isaac and Rheannon (Adam); his grandchildren, Able and Mia Carnagey of Greenfield, IA; and his siblings, Kenny Henderson (Nicole) of Coffey, MO and Linda Henderson of Kansas City, MO.
