He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Junior and Wilma Mae Gibson Bixby; and his brother Dale Allen Bixby. He is survived by: his brother Wayne Eugene Bixby (Joan) of St. Petersburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
