James Omar Uptegrove Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Omar Uptegrove of Cole Camp, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Uptegrove (Haase) and Omar Uptegrove; his children, Laura Faye Kreisel, Anna Marie Hazel and Elmer Ross Wilson; and his sister Glenda Byrd.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Dianna; his daughter Pamela Wilson of Cole Camp; his siblings, Ila Murton of Sedalia, Eva Wilson of Stover, Linda David of Sedalia, Raymond Uptegrove of Jefferson City, Donald Uptegrove of Dresden and Ronald Uptegrove of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Rachel Bale (Matt), Christina Adams (Andrew), Nikki Bale, Jasmine Kriesel, James Hazel (Kim), Kimberly Hazel, Angela Hazel, Mathew Wilson (Marissa), Stephen Wilson (Gabriella), Tia White (Dan), Shane Ruth, Dalton Stonecipher (Jasmine) and Seania Stonecipher; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Gage, Jocelyn, Lillian, Whitney, Jasmine, Brandon, Cody (Audrina), Dalton, Peyton, Tessa, Addyson, Riley, Kaley, Dakota, Blake, Austin (Hailey), Christian (Shelby), Hunter, Emalee, Natalea, Easton, Ava, Miri, Xander, Zayden, Kayanna, Daniel, Caiden, Analeah, Dagon and Elizabeth; and his great great grandchildren, Tavious, Leon, Jaxon, Eric, Serenity, Abby, Jocelyn, Rowland, Elizabeth, Issac, Harley, Dany, Brian, Renesmee and Lilly.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fox Funeral Home (302 E Butterfield Trail, Cole Camp, MO 65325). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stover Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions be given to Stover Cemetery in care of the Fox Funeral Home, PO Box 37, Cole Camp, MO 65325.
