He is survived by: his wife Patti Haulotte (Kresal); his children, Jason Metcalf (Heather), Jeremy Long of St. Joseph, Kris Haulotte (Erin) and Misty Miller (Thomas); his siblings, Kim Jones, Lisa Baxter and Joey Gray; his grandchildren, Steven, Delyssa, Netanya, Jacob, Alexis, Olivia (Ollie), Ayden, Brayden, Remi, Kira, Ayce and Hunter (Carrot Top); and his great grandchildren, Alexander, Silas and Athena.
