He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Dowler and Mildred Dowler (Courtney); his wife Bonnie Dowler; his son David Michael Dowler; and his siblings, Barbara King and Ray Dean Dowler.
He is survived by: his children, Toni Haag (Larry) and Ron Dowler (Tina); his grandchildren, Amber Benn, Ashley Dowler, Krystina Gallegos, Autumn Rubek and Travis Dowler; and his great grandchildren, Toby Benn, Colby Benn, Aspen Cullison, Addi Gallegos, Gabby Gallegos, Easton Dowler, Louise Dowler and Bodie Rubek.
