He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Cook and Norma Sarratt Cook; and his brother Tiny. He is survived by : his wife Debbie Cook; his daughters, Kerri Herring, Jodi Cook and Collins; his sister Donna McCarter (Collins); his nephews, Justen McCarter and Jeff Cook Columbia; and his niece Samantha Cook of Nebraska. He is also survived by his six grandkids.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Robinson Cemetery or the Thursday Night AA group and may be left in care of the funeral home.
