He is survived by: his wife Connie Putnam of Columbia, Missouri; his sons, Jim Putnam (Katie) of Columbia and Brian Putnam (Codi) of Dubuque, Iowa; his brothers, Tom Putnam (Carol) of Belgrade and Steve Putnam (Brenda) of Cape Coral, Florida; his sister-in-law Marsha Putnam of Billings, Montana; and his grandchildren, Jack, Tyler, Callen, Presley, Pierce, Merrick, Owen and Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
