He was predeceased by: his wife Sue H. Strickland. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lee, T. J. Lee of Grant, Alabama and Rebecca Cafferata of Freeport, Bahamas; his stepsons, Jeff Strickland of Chicago and Tom Strickland of Colorado; and his brothers, Max Lee and Ted Lee of Texas. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
