He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David and Shirley Perry; his great-grandparents, Roger and Lola Miller; and his cousins, Cody Miller and Kaitlyn Wood.

He is survived by: his parents, Caleb Perry and Cassie Perry (Martin); his sibling Presley Michelle Perry; his grandparents, Kelly, Cindy Perry of Macon, MO, Kevin and Donna Martin of Columbia, MO; his great-grandparents, Mike, Pat Weaver of Baxter Springs, KS, Bob and Carolyn Martin of Moberly, MO; his aunt Taylor; his uncle Kayli Kreissler (Perry); and his cousin Brooks.

The family suggests memorials to the Macon First Church of the Nazarene or to Beau's sister Presley's Education Fund.
