She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lemen and Wineva Lemen (Morlan) of Unionville, Missouri.; and her brother Terry Lemen. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Clark (Linda) and Julie Clark Walters (Larry Walters); her grandchildren, Brett Clark (Erin), Blair Clark, Brittany Fielder (Andrew Fielder), Clark Walters (Jordyn) and Luke Walters; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Clark and Owen Clark.

Memorials may be made payable to the West Liberty Cemetery or the Alzheimer's Foundation and entrusted with the funeral home.
