He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Noel McClelland and Margaret Louise "Lou" Jackson McClelland; and his stepson Jacob Stuart Weitkemper. He is survived by: his wife Anne Parton; his children, Daniel Eugene McClelland, Charles Edward McClelland and Leisa Dianne McClelland; his children-in-law, Jason Urias and Rose Clark; his stepsons, Noah Jesse Weitkemper and Jonah Matthew Parton; his grandchildren, Austin Kennedy Clark-McClelland, Claira Anne Marie Miller (Weitkemper), Zoey Jane Rose Weitkemper, Oliver Aidan Ezzeddine Weitkemper and Noah Edward Tripp; his great grandchild Abigail Amelia Marie Krueger; his sisters, Evelyn Mae Gerding and Connie Marie Brown; his brother-in-law James Gerding; his uncle Buck; his aunt Frances Jackson; and his nephews, Keegan "Boone" Bryan and Nate Brown.
