He is survived by: his mother Pam Hull (Collins) of Brookfield; his brothers, Tyler Rhoades of Brookfield and Kyle Hull of Kansas City; his stepfather Robert Hull (Melissa) of Kansas City; his grandparents, Bennie and Linda Hull of Brookfield; and his nieces, Isabella Rhoades of Brookfield, Brooklyn Slayton of Brookfield and Riley Hull of Brookfield. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
