He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Jeffries and Doris Jeffries (Sutton); his grandparents, John Sutton and Nellie Jeffries; and his sister Beth Ann Jeffries.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. W. Jeffries; his sons, Nathan Jeffries (Amy) and Micah Jeffries (Caryn); his grandsons, Lucas, Ezra Jeffries, Gavin Sebens, Gabriel Carico and John Schrepfer; and his sisters, Karen Wigmore and Kimberly Schwarzkopf (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Missouri United Methodist (204 E Ash St, Columbia, MO 65201). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. Other appointments included Lewis County Faith Parish (Lewistown) Missouri UMC (Columbia), United Methodist Church of Green Trails (Chesterfield), Palmyra/Mt. Vernon charge (Palmyra), Windsor/Brandon charge (Windsor), Aurora UMC (Aurora), and Rock Port/Watson charge (Rock Port), and in retirement served the Prairie Home/Jamestown charge, having to give up that charge as a result of Covid '19.
