He is survived by: his wife Kay Marilyn Perkins (Jones) of Centralia, MO; his brother Richard Perkins (Rhonda) of Centralia, IL; his daughters, Sherrill Keune (Chris) of Springfield, IL and Lori Maschoff-Long of Columbia, MO.; his grandchildren, Amanda Prather of Springfield, IL, Adam Maschoff of Columbia, MO, Mindy Minor (Scott) of Decatur, IL and Lee Perkins of Decatur, IL; his great grandchildren, Julian of Springfield, IL, Darrin, Avoree and Kyly of Decatur, IL; and his great great grandchild Kyree.
