He was predeceased by: his parents, William Palmer and Anna Belle Palmer (Pulis); and his brother Calvin. He is survived by: his wife June Palmer; his daughters, Teresa Brown (Jeff) of Columbia and Wendy Scheulen (Karl Krieg) of Rich Fountain, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Danton Brown (Anne) of Baton Rouge, LA, Ashley Brown of Columbia and Joseph Brown (Kristen) of Ashland. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
