In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Daniel Mark leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Daniel Mark may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bartow and Martha Maude Ponder Sr. (Johnston); and his brother Henry Bartow Ponder Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Johnston W. Ponder; his half-sister Catherine C. Drago (Gary) of Fair Oaks, CA; and his sister-in-law Susan D. Ponder of Heber Springs, AR. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the CenterPoint Church (20 Grn Mdws Rd, Columbia, MO 65203). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Unity Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
