He is survived by: his wife Laura Cornett; his children, Bennett Knowlton of Columbia and Emily Ann Brownfield of Columbia; and his siblings, Matthew G. Brownfield (Deanne) and Amy Ann Brownfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
