We are sad to announce that, on January 5, 2023, at the age of 63, Delbert Lee Acton of Columbia, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Acton and Edna Acton (Campbell); his siblings, Wilbur, Billy Acton and Virginia Luke; his daughter Casey Howe-Skaggs; and his granddaughter Leaha Skaggs.

He is survived by: his children, Weldon Acton of Columbia, MO, Harriet Dashaw-Acton of Jefferson City, MO, Valerie Nauerth-Acton of Salisbury, MO, Jeffery Skaggs of Columbia, MO, Kelsey Warren-Skaggs of Columbia, MO and Jessica Peterson-Skaggs of Columbia, MO; and his sisters, Marilyn Brown of Salisbury, MO and Gloria Nichols of Jacksonville, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family and close friends.
