He was predeceased by: his parents, Earlie Jones and Estelle Jones (Harper); and his brothers, Bobby, Billy, Raymond and Hughie.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Peacher; his children, Amy Boyer (Kevin) and Jeff Jones (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Avery Brown, Zoey Borgman (Trevor), Ethan Jones, Aiden Jones, Quinton Vaughan and Damion Griffin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Columbia First Church of the Nazarene (ComoNaz), 2601 Blue Ridge Rd., Columbia, Missouri.
