He is survived by: his wife Kathy Adair; his children, Brian Adair, Deb Adair Lopez (Al), Karen Shafer (John) and Kim Schellenberger (Kurt); and his grandchildren, Erin Adair, Erika Adair, Bane Shafer and Ryan Shafer.
