He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Austin Forsee and Margaret Frances Willard Forsee; and his siblings, Roy Edward, James Dale, Roger Eugene, Anna Woods and Nancy Carol.
He is survived by: his spouse Wathena Ann Green; and his siblings, Charles Ray Forsee of Columbia, Lloyd Thomas Forsee of Centralia and Frances Sue Skeen of Columbia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
